Hello, I’m Timothy Lafolette, I’m looking forward to meeting you.
I won’t bore you with the details about where I went to school and my certifications. You can check those out, if you want, on my "about" page.
Instead, I’m going to ask you why you are here? What brought you here and what’s calling you to do this work or ask for help? How do you want to heal?
Whatever that is - I personally get it on some level. I’ve experienced my fair share of rejection, low moods, and worry, especially growing up as an LGBTQ person in a religious environment.
I’ll be right there with you: with some humor, a holistic approach, and an open mind to the variety of ways that we can heal to help you on your journey toward joy and contentment.
