 After the initial consultation phone call, we'll work on verifying your insurance, and send you intake paperwork which includes several questionnaires about your symptoms, as well as information about privacy practices, confidentiality, and forms for you to sign showing that you consent to participate in treatment.  After your insurance is verified (or payment methods discussed), and your paperwork is received, we would schedule a 90-minute initial evaluation which will cover discussion of your mental health symptoms, physical health, history of medications that you have tried (if any), and discussion about your relationships and an overview of your childhood and growing up experiences.  Follow-up appointments will be approximately 30 minutes for medication management, and approximately 50 to 55 minutes for medication management and therapy or therapy-only appointments.

Individual Talk Therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping. 

Currently, we accept Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, and Optum health insurance (which includes United Health Care, and others). Please contact us for discussion and insurance verification.

If we're not in your insurance network, you may pay out of pocket and an invoice or superbill can be provided to be reimbursed by your insurance company.
